Lifting Lockdowns but New Cases Spike in Coronavirus in Asia

South Korea and "Gaming Disorder" Discussed as Mental Health Issue

Public Health Experts, including those from WHO or the World Health Organization, have cautioned that opening economies too soon would increase the risk of secondary outbreaks of coronavirus in Asia. Some countries have started to ease restrictions, examples being South Korea and China, but numbers of new patients of coronavirus are increasing. In Asia, where the coronavirus first hit are still struggling to arrest and keep this sickness under control. Some estimates suggest that COVID-19 is 5 to 10 times more contagious than the normal flu. China has implemented some of the strictest lockdown measures is now closing down some areas of the economy again. Movie theaters were opened, then closed, in addition to sport gyms opening and closing as well. This disease is just that difficult to contain. The epicenter of the virus outbreak, Wuhan, China has been restricted with regards to travel – currently schools and universities are still closed in Wuhan. There seems to be excessive caution when opening parts of economies in Europe and the US but the concern in China and South Korea are now in focus as they were two countries that seemed, seemed to have defeated coronavirus first. This sickness is clearly difficult to completely destroy and according to some experts, could be with us for years to come.
